Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Wilder Financial serves customers across Birmingham with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification.
