Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Granite Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Baltimore plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer orders.
