Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Cedar Field Markets and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of pricing and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
