Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Baltimore, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with classroom supplies.
