Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Bridge Energy is an energy provider in Anchorage focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 912 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of billing disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
