Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Granite Financial serves customers across Albuquerque with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
