Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Civic Services Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
