Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Bridge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Albuquerque serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
