Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Maple Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Albuquerque with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 908 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
