Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Amber Manufacturing is a Albuquerque manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • A relevant degree or certification.
