Financial Analyst - board reporting (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Meridian Legal Group is a Wichita practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
