Financial Analyst - board reporting (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Bright Financial is a financial-services company in Wichita. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
