Financial Analyst - board reporting (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Hollow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of usage data and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
