Financial Analyst - board reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Virginia Beach, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
