Financial Analyst - board reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Harborlight Cobalt Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
