Financial Analyst - board reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Harborlight Lakeside Energy is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of hardship programmes and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
