Financial Analyst - board reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Ashton Civic Services works with county and city offices around Tulsa. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of budget submissions and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
