Financial Analyst - board reporting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Pine Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
