Financial Analyst - board reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Umber Banking Services is a regional lender in Tulsa with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
