Financial Analyst - board reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Tulsa with claims and service teams, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 586 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
