Financial Analyst - board reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Willow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tucson, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
