Financial Analyst - board reporting (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Yarrow Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of budget submissions and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
