Financial Analyst - board reporting (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Vale Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Toledo, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
