Financial Analyst - board reporting (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
