Financial Analyst - board reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Wren Banking Services is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
