Financial Analyst - board reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around St. Louis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
