Financial Analyst - board reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Amber Insurance is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of claims and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
