Financial Analyst - board reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Bright Cross Legal Group provides legal services in St. Louis across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 933 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Model the cost of intake forms and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
