Financial Analyst - board reporting (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Spokane serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
