Financial Analyst - board reporting (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Thistle Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Spokane area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of capital projects and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
