Financial Analyst - board reporting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Yarrow Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
