Financial Analyst - board reporting (Seattle, WA)

Summit Birch Energy Partners is an energy provider in Seattle focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of billing disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
