Financial Analyst - board reporting (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Orchard Legal Group is a San Jose practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
