Financial Analyst - board reporting (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Ridge Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
