Financial Analyst - board reporting (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Granite Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from San Jose. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
