Financial Analyst - board reporting (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood North Learning Group is an education provider in San Diego serving students and families, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
