Financial Analyst - board reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Wren Legal Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • A relevant degree or certification.
