Financial Analyst - board reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Iron Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Salt Lake City, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
