Financial Analyst - board reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Rook Financial serves customers across Salt Lake City with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification.
