Financial Analyst - board reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Rook Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
