Financial Analyst - board reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Basin Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Sacramento, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
