Financial Analyst - board reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Nova Sable Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification.
