Financial Analyst - board reporting (Rochester, NY)

Lumen North Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Rochester area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of pipe repairs and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • A relevant degree or certification.
