Financial Analyst - board reporting (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Richmond, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
