Financial Analyst - board reporting (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Civic Services Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of constituent requests and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
