Financial Analyst - board reporting (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Pine Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Richmond. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
