Financial Analyst - board reporting (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Lakeside Energy is an energy provider in Richmond focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of billing disputes and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
