Financial Analyst - board reporting (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Systems and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 393 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
