Financial Analyst - board reporting (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Bridge Legal Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of client files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with court deadlines.
