Financial Analyst - board reporting (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Cobalt Manufacturing makes precision components in Richmond, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of customer orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
